Brandon Douglass practices general corporate law, with a focus on finance. He represents both borrowers and major financial institutions in connection with domestic and foreign acquisition financings, leveraged recapitalizations and complex credit vehicles.
Prior to joining Farhang & Medcoff, Brandon practiced law in New York at DLA Piper, Cahill Gordon & Reindel, and Shearman & Sterling and in Washington, D.C. at Cogent Law Group. While in New York, Brandon also spent a year working at a legal research firm.
