Neal is recognized as one of the best construction law attorneys in the country. Neal’s practice focuses primarily in the areas of Construction and Business Law and he has extensive experience in corporate formations, contract drafting and review, business and employment disputes, and all areas of construction and business law. Neal has made Tucson his home since 1970 and is a graduate of the University of Arizona via the James E. Rogers College of Law. Neal is listed in The Best Lawyers in America as one of the top Construction Law and Litigation attorneys in the United States and was named as one of Tucson Lifestyle Magazine’s Best Lawyers.
